Community Garage/Yard Sales

The Towne Park Homeowners Association conducts two (2) community garage/yard sales each year when residents and those who live outside of Towne Park are invited to purchase items from residents who participate as sellers. One is held the third Saturday of May and the second is held the third Saturday of September, between the hours of 8AM and 3PM. Towne Park residents may participate as sellers in this advertised event for a small fee. This fee is used to pay for advertising, security guards, and other incidentals which might arise.
