Towne Park Board of Directors

The property, affairs and business of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors. The Board has the authority to perform, or cause to be performed, all rights, powers, functions, and duties of the Association as set forth in the Declaration, the By-Laws and rules.

A volunteer Board of Directors manages Towne Park. They are elected by the homeowners of the Community. Vacancies are filled by appointments approved by the remaining Board's majority vote. They are dedicated to keeping Towne Park a beautiful community that we can all be proud to call home.

The Board has hired Janice Jensen as the Community Association manager. The manager may be reached at (505) 291-8379. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm.
