Towne Park Board of Directors

The property, affairs and business of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors. The Board has the authority to perform, or cause to be performed, all rights, powers, functions, and duties of the Association as set forth in the Declaration, the Bylaws and rules.

A volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the Association members, manages Towne Park. Vacancies on the Board of directors that occur between annual meetings are filled by appointments approved by the remaining Board's majority vote. The Board of Directors is dedicated to keeping Towne Park a beautiful community that we can all be proud to call home.
